A gorgeous Sunday day here in Virginia, but it was a stunning day too in Beaufort, South Carolina when I captured this shot at sunset in winter, the Christmas lights still up on the harbor on the Beaufort River, magical lighting over the nearby barrier islands. Prints & more:

Alvira Bunkers
I shot this about a year ago in Alvira, PA on the grounds of an old WW2 munitions site called the Pennslyvania Ordnance Works. There are many bunkers built into the ground on these 8000 acres that you can find/explore. It's now known as State Game Lands 252. I shot this handled, at high ISO, on my way back to the car while being eaten alive by mosquitos. So, there's quite a bit of picture noise but I think would make a nice print at a smaller size, say no bigger than 11X14. #alvirapa #stategamelands252 #pennsylvania #sunsetphotography #reflection
