salix sericea (@Ripple13216)<p>Uplifting owl news!</p><p>Tree trimmers down the street are packing up after finding a barn owl with babies in the dead tree. </p><p>Mommy owl glared at them as they removed everything above her nesting hole.</p><p>Last year, a local biologist moved an owl nest with babies into another tree, but the babies fell out. </p><p>At that point, they put lots of nesting material into a large trash can placed sideways on the ground.
