So I just had a genuine, honest to god epiphany.

DBT talks about removing judgement words from your language. So instead of saying "He did that because he was angry",judging them to be angry, you say "This is what he did. It made me feel this way"

The idea is you don't enforce your judgement, you try and see the thing as it really is.
