Type validation in Rust? Aight np.
**garde**: A powerful validation library.
Supports inner types, newtypes, custom validation options & more!
Behold, the Zod 4 beta: the latest and greatest in the ancient art of making JSON schema #validation sound like the discovery of fire.
After a year of mysterious "active development," it's finally here - now with more buzzwords and endless promises! Just install with pnpm, cross your fingers, and pray Clerk's "generosity" doesn't run out.

Behold, the magical ArkType—a software deity that validates #TypeScript with the speed of light, or at least 100x faster than something slower. Because what #developer doesn't want *more* syntax to memorize and a playground that never loads?

Ah, the classic tale of a #developer seeking #validation from the most unbiased source: #Mom . This linguistic masterpiece promises to revolutionize the world of #word #games by... unscrambling words

Guide to Interpreting Security Incident #Announcements:
"extremely sophisticated attack" : The attackers put more time into the attack than we spent designing our defences.
"no evidence customer #data was accessed" : We lack audit records and the logs have been rotated out.
"due to a misconfiguration issue" : We deployed with default #insecure settings.
"possible for only a short window" : We didn't dig too deep to determine how far back the bug existed.
"crafted invalid request data" : We forgot to add input #validation.
"supplementary fix" : We didn't understand the problem as well as we thought, so our previous fix was insufficient.
"may have been exploited" : We're positive they got away with data, but they deleted our #logs.
"multiple threat actors" : Everyone was in our systems before we noticed.
"most customers are unaffected" : There are corner cases that aren't as #vulnerable.
"error in a third-party component" : We forgot to update our dependencies.
"could lead to remote code execution" : You're #p0wned.
"malicious activity has been observed" : The issue has already appeared in the press.
"review equipment inventory to verify if devices require other mitigations" : You need to buy new stuff.
"remotely exploited to allow authentication bypass" : We forgot to require #login for this function.
"not aware of any exploits in the wild" : The attackers aren't bragging on darkweb fora yet.
“Buy standards-compliant websites”:
Just loved running into @dontcallmeDOM’s 2002 and @karlcow’s 2006 articles of that name, https://www.w3.org/QA/2002/07/WebAgency-Requirements and https://www.w3.org/blog/2006/buy-standards-compliant-web-si/.
They represent a spirit that has been missing for years—staying close to the standards by not only using new features but ensuring one used them right.
(I collect these and more articles on @frontenddogma, as in the conformance archives: https://frontenddogma.com/topics/conformance/!)
Fun Kitten¹ fact
Did you know that Kitten has a built-in HTML validator that checks your markup for validity and accessibility issues, etc.?
You’re informed of validation errors in not just terminal but also in your browser’s web developer panel. And, if you select the “Show validation issues on page” link from a validation error in the web developer panel, Kitten will show the validation errors in place on your page.
This helps me catch issues with my markup all the time and I hope it helps you too.
Enjoy!

I've realized something. I have always been a social creature but the way I communicate is me talking non-stop hours and have the other person listen and validate. If I really was a narcissistic asshole I would never seek advice or ever listen to people. I listen to people when I get all I want to say out and if I want to care about them. I am not a fuckin asshole for talking the way I do. I care about what people think of me and I want folks to hear my thoughts and feelings. I'm done being ashamed for being a talker.

"This video has a bit of a stern tone to it because I firmly believe that without #selflove, too many people will be left #vulnerable to outside influences and #validation - from the wrong people. "
Learning how to #love yourself is the #1 thing every #humanneeds to commit to in order to have a world that is #compassionate, free and #accepting.
