@massivelyop Oooh this is a fun one! As someone who has tanked just about everything in the various games I've played, I recognise all of these 😎

#Rift and #TheSecretWorld offer(ed) my favorite tanking options:

Rift:
Warrior Voidknight/Reaver for lots of battlefield control of the boss and the adds no matter where they/me/the rest of the raidgroup was.
Rogue Riftstalker for teleporting and evade-tanking to give the healer a panic attack when the occasional hit did land.
Mage Arbiter/Frostkeeper for crazy seat-of-pants proc management while bouncing the charge bar from below 20% to over 80% and back again.
Cleric Justicar/Sentinel when it was the old healing tank build that could raid-heal and generate monumental threat leaving the true healers free to heal me!

TSW:
Ranged leech heals were the bomb provided you were in high-end gear - Assault Rifle and... whatever you want as your second really. Hammer/Blade/Fist for some fast CC or defensive abilities. Geared enough to maintain high DPS for threat, make the heals substantial and enough Block in the gear to prevent penetrating one-shots.
I also did the more traditional pure close-range tanking (e.g. Lurker) but that relied heavily on a good healer!

OMFG. You won't believe this.

So, I was diagnosing a weird webcam issue for days and days. I've been using a Oculus Rift Sensor for head tracking for a while now and it suddenly stopped working. It's basically just a USB webcam. I tried several different kernel versions and even some from last year with no luck. I dug into the code of the `uvcvideo` driver, I tried setting quirks, nothing helped. I was obsessed with this issue.

Long story short: I disconnected my computer's front panel and everything worked.

The front panel must be faulty which must've tripped the USB controller in such a particular way that it kept working fine but was unable to recognise newly plugged devices and sent garbage to the kernel.

What the actual heck. USB is so weird. Do you have any USB stories like this?
