ok, the search is over - I'm sticking to #cherrytree for now as my note-taking go-to application. It seems to be the spiritual continuation of my previous #tuxcards, with a modern toolkit and a few more features.

Playing around with #Zim as static site generator, because who has time to handcraft HTML anymore.
My own static site generator (like every nerd I wrote one) is fine, but I want something with a GUI where I can just drop some images in.
Wonder what else there is. I'm using #Cherrytree for personal notes and prefer it over Zim, but its HTML export is rudimentary and makes awful URLs.
#pruning advice please! I thought this little #CherryTree was dead; is it too late to do a winter pruning? Our cold weather was about two week of frosty nights, last month. The buds are showing green, just.
Also, all the buds are at the very ends of the branches - *can* i prune them without starving it? Prune a fraction, maybe?

Ostras, allá por octubre alguien recomendó #CherryTree y yo sabía que en algún momento querría probarlo para sustituir a #Joplin (que hace más de un año me puse para sustuituir a #Evernote y está siendo un chasco para mí). Hoy por fin he entrado en su web oficial y tiene MUY BUENA PINTA.
Lo instalaré y miraré qué tal va el traspaso de libretas y notas de una aplicación a la otra.
