#BulletJournaling review for February, my second month with a #BuJo:

• the promise of "skipped days don't haunt you through empty pages" holds true: I have only 14 days tracked as I am still in sabbatical, but it's not bugging me
• achieved several small-but-high-friction tasks, definitely helping to work through executive dysfunction
• the monthly review & migration process works for me: it's a good time to review past achievements and re-surface what has been done, not just what has to be carried over
• the future log / yearly view is really good to dump "future stuff" and get it out of my system
• could have achieved more (carrying-over several priority tasks), but I'm not stressed about it
• notes from February show an increase in self-affirmation, intentionality, fitness and better mood, still unsatisfied on connections & carrier plan
• I have not finished the book yet, need to do it this week. Highly recommend reading it though, to better grasp the intentions behind the method.

I've decided I need to go back to bullet journaling because I can't get tasks done in a reasonable manner. It's also helping me organize all of my sticky notes, scribbles of ideas/thoughts, and I now have a reason to use those special roller pens!

I’ve been tinkering with a modified, task-only #BulletJournaling approach in #Obsidian for about a week now and it’s been nice, so I wanted to write up how I’m approaching things.

After using #BulletJournaling for 4 years to organize my life, I think I'm now at a point where I might move back to #omnifocus. I tried using the Reminder app on iOS and it pulled me right back into digital planning, it just misses some org features...
