Ok, #Histodons and #archaeology folks : The last thing I need in my life is more social media, but I’m having increasing technical problems on Mastodon. When I bailed on Twitter a I lost a great network #medievalists who didn’t make the jump to Mastodon and are apparently on Bluesky.

Thing is, I don’t WANT to give my data to another social media group but I do want to try to rebuild those connections.

Just how evil *is* #bluesky anyway? Is it worth joining?

Random thought:
You know how most fighters struggle with fighting a south paw (left-handed) fighter because everything is mirrored? Would it be the same with swordfighting, so a left-handed sword fighter could have an advantage?
