I move between platforms with a high degree of regularity. On Windows, in particular, I do not run the stable build. I have been a #WindowsInsider since day one in 2014.

I recently changed my hardware configuration, and I've noticed an issue where in recent builds, when I switch monitor sources back and forth from the Mac to Windows, my mouse will be unresponsive.

My ***Bluetooth*** mouse.

This does not bode well for my productivity at all.

I wanted to figure out how to restart the services without needing to reboot the machine.

If you have a keyboard, a little PowerShell-fu is all you need.
