Me dicen que puedo usar el flujo de Código de Autorización de #OpenID en una app nativa sin usar un agente de usuario externo (navegador). Atacando directamente a la API del proveedor (en este caso Keycloak).

Pero leo la especificación, al proveedor y la experiencia de otros desarrolladores y, si entiendo bien, no se puede.

I wish OpenID Connect (#OIDC) didn't have the OpenID name in it. It doesn't function like #OpenID at all.

Can we officially get rid of ISO? Why publishing to ISO which the worst way to distribute standards. It's behind a paywall, locked for contribution and you cannot redistribute the standards without paying the predatory charge.

On parle beaucoup d'Org-mode et de sa capacité, du point de vue de la configuration lettrée, d'exporter des programmes informatiques sous formes de documents PDF à la typographie soignée. Org-mode est effectivement la syntaxe de markup local et polymorphe la plus connue, au sens où comme Markdown, elle peut exporter des documents dans une grande variété de formats, mais où contrairement à elle elle n'est pas littéralement conçue pour empêcher ses utilisataires de configurer la sortie, soit dans le cadre d'un site web collaboratif conçu pour des utilisataires en lesquelles on ne ferait par défaut pas confiance, ce qui a quelques cas d'usage légitimes comme Diaspora*, soit on s'en servirait comme de la syntaxe de markup de facto pour des générateurs de sites web statiques configurés en Toml ou en Yaml. La vocation de la syntaxe #OrgMode à collaborer avec d'autres fichiers locaux, comme avec une base de données #BibLaTeX, apporte des fonctionnalités non-implémentées pour le web : au doigt mouillé, on pourrait combiner un système d'#OpenID à une API #Zotero (qui resterait à ma connaissance à développer) pour permettre à tout·e utilisataire d'embarquer sa biblio à ellui sur l'ensemble du web, sans configuration supplémentaire ; mais le vécu des utilisataires d'Org-mode est un sentiment de libération logicielle, de vitalité ; Org-mode m'a largement préservée d'une forme aigüe de dépression l'année dernière.

Few days ago, @shanselman mentioned something about DiD in the context of identity verification, and regular googling was useless (DiD is a very common word in english) even using all the operands I knew. Asked to #bing chat ("in the context of identity verification tech, what is DiD, something related to #openid. uppercase Ds." and boom! worked! 1/2

I joked about the #federated thing being #RSS + #OpenID, but the truth is that RSS is still objectively the best way to get information. I just unfollowed all the stuff I don’t want to interact with here on Mastodon (official accounts, bots, etc.) and on Lemmy and put some of it into my RSS reader. The advantages are many, from better design to actual independence from anything or anyone.
