ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development & Maintenance* Develop, maintain, and enhance websites to maximize customer engagements.
* Implement custom themes, sections, or components with user-facing features through Content Management Systems.
* Optimize all designs for various devices and screen sizes with a particular focus on mobile first.
Collaboration & Integration* Collaborate with the Marketing team to build webpages, templates, and elements in WordPress using a combination of Gutenberg editor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript & PHP to meet the strategic needs of our organization and ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
User Experience & Design* Prepare mock-ups and page content in multiple locales and sizes.
* Incorporate UX principles to improve website usability and navigation.
* Creation and implementation of interactive features to enhance user engagement.
* Ensure designs are following AODA standards and guidelines.
Testing & Optimization* Recommend, plan, execute, and manage usability, personalization, and A/B tests to build on best practices and design improvement.

Qualifications: Education and Knowledge* Bachelor’s degree in web design (or related) or an equivalent combination of education and relevant additional work experience.
