Ugh! What a Day!

A recent-ish purchase was this version of Skeletor from the new Vintage Collection Masterverse sub line! Kind of plain but has nice paint applications and I really like the face sculpt!

Like that 40th Anniversary He-Man, this is meant to be very reminiscent of the old original 1980s figure. Dare I say it's worked better for Skeletor than He-Man?

Also a big shout out to the box artist! The box art is fantastic!

X to the right gaxing croxx-eyed into infinity as xe alwaxs doex, The Twins centre rear clearly giving each other a hard time, and me, WTF That Person Reminds Me Of COVID-19, with my OG Spike Suit complete with with OG Receptor Binding Domains and Cleavage - that was back before Season 3 and the Super Synctia Suit! - and my busted foot from when I tried to kick through that air filter, grumpy and frowning because they'd just asked me AGAIN to stop talking about current wastewater levels. I wish they'd just quit telling me to shut up about important things. Ssserpo looks ssstoked though.

Masterverse Vintage Skeletor

Eh, he's fine. Just so basic. Doesn't help that he came right after the fantastic Battle Armor Skelly which feels so much better value. This one is kind of a retail version of the 40th anniversary two pack minus all the interesting bits. So has 'pillow pecs' but no metallic weapons, no moving jaw. The armour seems too dark and looks almost black in photos. Not a bad figure. Just nothing special
