2024-11-24 (Sunday): I'm trying something new by spinning up some Linux VMs and infecting them using information I get from the scans hitting my web servers.

For example, I found the latest #Redtail bash script leading to #Linux #ELF #malware, this time from 45.202.35[.]190.

I've posted a #pcap of the infection traffic from a Linux host, the associated malware samples, and another pcap with #scans & #probes hitting one of my web servers at malware-traffic-analysis.net/2

I'm really pleased I was able to gain cooperation for wearing an #ElastomericRespirator for each of these three #MedicalImaging #scans.

I hope these experiences also help #radiology technicians and #radiologists be aware that #patients may be able to be supported successfully in this way.

50000 images indexed in #kPhotoAlbum, done.
That doesn't mean I indexed 50k artworks though (I wish); I started by indexing all the images he left (35k?), including artwork scans, photographies, archived papers, you name it. Then I scanned some more photographies. And for each artwork I keep the raw scans (1 to 4, rarely more), and a "publishable" JPEG image. So I have just over 5k newly scanned artworks. #archiving #scans
