[It will most likely function like Mar-a-Lago as a place for Trump to do business w/o the pesky record keepers at the WH].

A…party was held last month to celebrate the launch of “#ExecutiveBranch” …at a hotel a block from the WH. Attendees included #PamBondi, the AG, & #PaulAtkins, the new #SEC chair.

These pitches played out even as some of Donald Trump Jr’s business partners were simultaneously rolling out yet another business in Washington that will cash in on #Trump’s return to the White House: a club called “#ExecutiveBranch”.

I am absolutly with you. Don‘t get me wrong. The problem is neither the #senate nor the #house/#congress… it‘s the wonna-be #king of the #usa who thinks that he can do whatever he pleases. THAT makes the world such an unsafe place right now… #Trump litterally drives the #world into #war. Normally, #POTUS is the #executiveBranch, only in a major #crisis he can stear with #absolutePower… so he declares everything as a crisis. He thinks he is above the #law… he even bragued about it.

…The fate of the statutory protections in question rests on how #SCOTUS treats Humphrey's Executor & related rulings. In the 1935 ruling, the court upheld for-cause removal protections for FTC members, faulting Roosevelt's firing for policy differences.

In that decision, SCOTUS said restricting a president's removal was lawful because that agency performed tasks more closely resembling #legislative & #judicial functions, rather than those belonging squarely to the #ExecutiveBranch.
