Rights aren't a treat given to a chosen few, they are granted to everyone in the USA, yes, everyone, including immigrants and suspected criminals.

US District Judge Paula Xinis on April 4 issued an order that the administration return #KilmarAbregoGarcia, in response to a lawsuit filed by the man & his family challenging the legality of his #deportation.

Expected beliefs. EXPECTED BELIEFS. Not actual beliefs (which would still be bullshit) but just what Lil' Marco expects someone to believe. I'm sure that expectation won't be based on any sort of race/religion-led biases...
