In my US region, we got #fracking banned from the Delaware River watershed years back. But according to the Riverkeeper, the feds are trying to overturn the ban.
Gee...and I thought my novel about a coven battling a pipeline in this area was outdated.
I'd much rather my novel read as a past issue than that we need to ramp up for this fight again.

Transporting toxic chemicals may be done in a safe way, pumping them all to the soil you expect to drink water, grow vegetables, and feed animals with is neither DOT or an EPA concern.
