Kids had leftover #mac and #cheese, and I had some leftover rotisserie #chicken so I fried it in a nonstick with some #milk and #butter. Once it tightened up I added big hands full of #Chihuahua cheese, then in a separate skillet, toasted #Panko, plate, top with #Cholula hot sauce. #Breakfast #Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese

Yoooo - watching season 3 of #Chopped and it's a thousand times wilder than I remember.
Reminds me of how early #TopChef, or even early #RPDR had this arc of transformation in the production and framing, where the opportunities for messiness get smoothed out and become more clearly manufactured. Earlier seasons of both shows barely resemble current seasons.
(The drama has always been manufactured, but the *way* it is manufactured changes in some way? But it's hard to put my finger on exactly how.)
