Nach früher Morgenrunde mit Hund durch kalten Nebel laufe ich 10 km bei lockerer und doch besserer Pace als vor einer Woche. Der Puls bleibt trotzdem ruhig. Ich bin mega zufrieden damit. Es gibt einen Weg aus dem Winter-Tief!
