I'm a strong proponent of learning with others. Here are two examples from physics and coding of the advantages of cooperative learning.
i'm running a ~6 hour pair programming, test-driven development session for our dev team. i feel like too few organizations ever pause forward production and invest in training/practice.
I thought the managers denying #PairProgramming were an urban legend. Until the team I built to pair got one of those managers after me. Ticket per person, preapproved permission to pair on anything as a rule. 
Anyone doing mob programming here?
The best short form way to say why I pair program is that software is a constant set of decisions from small to large and at least for me soloing is a way to increase the risk that any one of them could stall out progress on the whole task. #PairProgramming #softwareDevelopment #agile
