Food (eggs)
Easter is approaching! In our family this means #Soleier - pickled #eggs. 
The brine we use consists of water, lots of salt, caraway seeds, mustard seeds, clovers, peppercorns, and bay leaves. The colour comes from onion skins. We don't peel the eggs, but crack the shells, which gives the eggs a lovely marbled look.
And this is how we eat them: cut the egg in half, take the yolk out, fill the egg white with vinegar, oil, mustard, salt, and pepper, put the yolk in your mouth and eat it together with the halved egg white.
Yes, #German #foods are weird.
It's not for everyone, but I love them.
