@carnage4life The #Tesla stock value puzzles me. I' ve looked at the prospects (#cybercab, #optimus robots, new car models). Huge issues with all of them, the expected future returns seem all but drastically overstated. There is 0 justification for Tesla's P/E ratio at this point. None.

Tesla’s attempt to trademark the term “Robotaxi” has been refused by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for being too generic.
In addition, applications from Tesla for the trademark on the term “Cybercab” have been halted due to other companies pursuing similar “Cyber” trademarks.

Elon Musk claims Tesla will deploy a fleet of self driving taxis in June. Tesla has said they'll make a ride hailing up and were running with "robotaxi" and "cybercab" branding throughout their talk about this new vehicle and service.
But turns out they got denied the key trademarks.... Which imo is the least of their worries that may delay launch.
