Is sufficient protein really a concern for most vegans? I sometimes feel that emphasizing the nutritional aspects of vegan foods gives the sense that they’re “good enough” substitutes, rather than having a long tasty history in the cuisines of various cultures.
@michaelgemar Apparently it’s a concern for teen girls and people over 70. Because omnivores obsess about whether Vegans get enough protein , I’m pressing the issue.
