Experts rate the raw food diet as the worst diet of 2023. My guess is that it would have been rated second to worst if the carnivore diet was evaluated too.

@beforewisdom it is encouraging to see that “vegan” is no longer considered a diet like Keto and Atkins etc. Instead, each diet was evaluated, among other things, by how vegan-friendly it is. In other words, it looks like veganism has evolved from a diet to a way of life.
