Die Hefemenge hatte ich reduziert und den Teig über Nacht gehen lassen. So wurden aus 3 Stunden über 12 Stunden. Das Ergebnis kann sich aber - wie ich finde - sehen und schmecken lassen…</p>
Seven of None<p>Mein erstes handgemachtes Brot. 🥰</p><p>Weizen 550, Weizen Vollkorn und Roggen 1150. Nicht zu vergessen der <a href="https://todon.eu/tags/Sauerteig" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Sauerteig</span></a>. Optisch könnte es schon schöner sein, Geschmack ist aber top! </p><p>Das wird schon noch. Habe erst vor einer Woche meinen Sauerteig angesetzt.
