Arend (they) 🏳️‍⚧️🍉
Someday there will be a plug-in that emulates the tiresome workflow of matching an old version of ProTools to an old version of macOS such that it doesn't crash on you because that had such a SOUND to it, you know? Androgynes 🏴‍☠️🫂🔞
Question for any and all who make music/ audio using Linux:

Have you used, or do you have any experience of, the DAW Ardour? Is it any good? 7sleepersmusic
Who's making music on #Linux? Is it realistic to replace a #MacBook with a Linux machine in a recording studio? Does it play nice with external devices? I've had some experience with #Ubuntu, I'm aware that it's not as user friendly but it seemed to work well "in the box", at least.
