Geek HobbiesDouble Dragon Gaiden: Rise of the Dragons - Nintendo Switch Este jogo é um spin-off da consagrada série de Double Dragon, que decorre antes dos eventos do primeiro jogo. Para finalizar o jogo, temos de derrotar 4 gangues mais o gangue final, que deixo em suspense. Para tal, podemos jogar com 2 personagens, e ir alternando entre eles durante o jogo. A forma de recuperar a nossa energia, é ir fazendo combos, que nos vão dando alimentos para irmos apanhado. Já finalizei o jogo há algum tempo, contudo, continuo ainda a jogar, tamanho é o vício que tenho deste jogo. O meu objectivo, é desbloquear todos os itens secretos do jogo, e para tal, temos de ir ganhado fichas. Há muito tempo que um beat em up não me viciava tanto, por isso, se são fãs de beat em up, como eu, é obrigatório jogarem. Double Dragon Gaiden: Rise of the Dragons - Nintendo Switch This game is a spin-off of the acclaimed Double Dragon series, which takes place before the events of the first game. To finish the game, we have to defeat 4 gangs plus the final gang, which I leave in suspense. For this, we can play with 2 characters, and go alternating between them during the game. The way to recover our energy, is to go doing combos, which give us food to get caught. I finished the game some time ago, however, I still play, size is the addiction I have to this game. My goal is to unlock all the secret items in the game, and to do that, we have to earn chips. Geek HobbiesExophobia- Nintendo Switch - Terminado Que vício de jogo... O primeiro contato que tive com o jogo foi no Meo XL games, no Porto, e foi desde aí que fiquei com bastante curiosidade pelo jogo. Após jogar, admito que não pensava gostar tanto do jogo como gosto. É um FPS Metroidvania, com um visual retro, genero Doom/Wolfenstein, onde enfrentamos aliens numa nave espacial. Possuiu uma dificuldade media, que vai aumentando à medida que vamos evoluindo e avançando no jogo. Um aspecto secundário, mas que curti bastante, são os vários easter eggs que aparecem no jogo, como bustos do Futurama ou mesmo das personagens do programa do Aleixo. Aconselho a todos a experimentar este fantástico jogo, que é made in Portugal, criado pelo José Castanheira, porque sinceramente não se vão arrepender. Aviso já que não me responsabilizo por faltas a aulas ou a dia de trabalhos que este jogo pode causar.  Exophobia - Nintendo Switch - Finished What gambling addiction. The first contact I had with the game was in the Meo XL games, in Porto, and it was since then that I was very curious about the game. After playing, I admit I didn't think I liked the game as much as I do. It is a Metroidvania FPS, with a retro look, Doom/Wolfenstein, where we face aliens in a spaceship. It had a medium difficulty, which increases as we evolve and advance in the game. A secondary aspect, but that I liked a lot, are the various Easter eggs that appear in the game, such as busts of Futurama or even the characters of Alexios' program. I advise everyone to try this fantastic game, which is made in Portugal, created by Jose Castanheira, because sincerely you will not regret it. Geek HobbiesPrince of Persia: The Lost Crown - Playstation 5 - Terminado Há muito tempo que esperava um jogo da série Prince of Persia, e após ter visto as primeiras imagens de The Lost Crown, fiquei logo com vontade para o jogar, mas decidi aguardar que baixasse de preço, e comprei numa promoção na Worten. Prince of Persia, The Last Crown, é um típico jogo metroidvania, e tem como protagonista Sargon, que pertence ao grupo Imortais, que estão ao serviço da Persia... a restante história, deixo para vocês descobrirem quando jogarem. No que toca a dificuldade, não achei um jogo difícil, embora tenha os seus momentos complicados. Mas como é normal nos jogos atuais, a dificuldade pode ser alterada mediante a experiência que o jogador que ter. Um último apontamento sobre o jogo, é a habilidade que a personagem tem e que lhe permite controlar o tempo. Parece que da uma "nova vida" ao jogo. Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown - Playstation 5 - Finished I've been waiting for a Prince of Persia game for a long time, and after seeing the first images of The Lost Crown, I immediately wanted to play it, but I decided to wait for it to drop in price, and bought a promotion at Worten. Prince of Persia, The Last Crown, is a typical metroidvania game, and has as protagonist Sargon, who belongs to the group Immortals, who are in the service of Persia. When it comes to difficulty, I did not find it a difficult game, although it has its complicated moments. But as is normal in current games, the difficulty can be changed by the experience that the player has. One last note about the game, is the ability that the character has and that allows you to control the time. Geek HobbiesSuper Nintendo.... a consola que me proporcionou tantas alegrias em criança, e sempre que vejo uma, ou algo relacionado, ainda me faz parar no tempo. Recebi a minha Super Nintendo, em dezembro de 1992, e embora não fosse a prenda que queria receber, na altura queria uma Mega Drive, tornou-se a minha consola favorita. Tive a oportunidade de jogar jogos como Super Mario World, F-Zero, Pilotwigs, Super Street Fighter 2, Super R-Type, entre muito outros, e são tantas as memórias que guardo dela, que um livro não chega para as guardar. Super Nintendo.the console that gave me so many joys as a child, and whenever I see one, or something related, it still makes me stop in time. I received my Super Nintendo in December 1992, and although it was not the gift I wanted to receive, at the time I wanted a Mega Drive, it became my favorite console. Geek HobbiesSeparation Anxiety - Mega Drive - Terminado Separation Anxiety é um beat em up, lançado em 1995 pela Acclaim Entertainment, e da qual eu depositava grandes expectativas. Primeiro, por ser um jogo com figuras da Marvel, e em segundo, pelo preço elevado que sempre teve, e que ainda continua a ter. Este jogo é a prova que nem sempre o caro é bom! Gráficamente existem jogos da mesma época e do mesmo genero, com qualidade superior, pouca variedade de inimigos e a fraca dificuldade do jogo em si, são os pontos negativos que mais saltaram a vista. Mas nem tudo é negativo.... há sempre pontos positivos, mas admito que tive de pensar bastante para os encontra. Os pontos positivos neste jogo é a possibilidade de controlar figuras da Marvel no jogos, em particular o Venom. É um jogo fácil de finalizar, e para quem tiver o jogo, em formato físico, pode sempre vender e comprar algo melhor.  É daqueles jogos que jogamos uma vez, mas nao deixa saudades. Separation Anxiety - Mega Drive - Finished Separation Anxiety is a beat up, released in 1995 by Acclaim Entertainment, and of which I had high expectations. First, because it is a game with Marvel figures, and second, for the high price it always had, and still continues to have. This game is proof that not always the expensive is good! Graphically there are games of the same era and the same genre, with superior quality, little variety of enemies and the weak difficulty of the game itself, are the negative points that most jumped the eye. But not everything is negative.There are always positive points, but I admit that I had to think hard to find them. The positives in this game is the possibility of controlling Marvel figures in the games, in particular Venom. Geek HobbiesSipder-Man - Playstation 1 - Terminado No ano 2000, saia para a Playstation 1, o jogo Spider-Man. Um jogo de acção aventura em que temos como dupla missão, limpar o nome do Homem Aranha e eliminar uma invasão organizada pelo Doutor Octopus e Carnificina. Durante o jogo irão aparecer vários vilões, como Venom, Scorpion, entre outros, bem como outros heróis da Marvel, como Justiceiro e Black Cat por exemplo. Se há algo que envelheceu mal, foram os gráficos, mas super normal quando falamos de um jogo que saiu há 24 anos, mas caramba, como é que nos na altura dizíamos que os gráficos era super realistas??? Éramos assim tão feios na altura??? Aparte dos gráficos, e de um ou outro pormenor, o jogo conseguiu o essencial, transmitir-me a essência do mundo Marvel e divertir-me durante o tempo que o joguei.
