–modo ⚛️ 🧬 🇪🇺 🇨🇦 🇺🇦<p>TIL there's a Bluetooth standard called FTMS which does exactly something I've always wanted - control and monitoring of your treadmill (or other exercise equipment) from a remote device. </p><p>Why is this important? It means you no longer have to be tied to a specific fitness app or service when you buy a higher end treadmill. For me that's iFit for my NordicTrack treadmill and they want up to $40 a month from me. Unbelievable improvements. It’s like a whole new bike.</p>
