Jason Pettus :blobnom:<p>For fun I do experimental literary projects. One of them is something I call a "Wikicloud," where I do detailed research on a specific subject (in this case, Germany in the second half of the Medieval period, in preparation for a vampire novel I'm writing this winter), then not only record all the pages I read for it, and assemble my notes, but use a <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/mindmap" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>mindmap</span></a> format to show the order I read the pages (center outward), and how each page links to the others. I talk about this a lot on Mastodon!</p>
Matthew N<p><a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/introduction" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>introduction</span></a> I'm a 20+ year veteran of the <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/web" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>web</span></a>, occasional <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/design" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>design</span></a> er and head of all digital at OneLtd.co.uk a super <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/creative" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>creative</span></a> agency in Oxford, England. I have opinions about <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/typography" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>typography</span></a> which I try not to bore people with too frequently. I think a lot about <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/productivity" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>productivity</span></a>. I'm a lover of <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/TimeTravel" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>TimeTravel</span></a> stories, <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/cycling" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>cycling</span></a>, <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/SlideGuitar" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>SlideGuitar</span></a> , <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/MindMap" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>MindMap</span></a> s and <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/espresso" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>espresso</span></a>. I never seem to make enough time for <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/reading" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>reading</span></a> my ever growing stack of books but time stops for me when I do.</p>
