Anyone know of some _updated_ places out there that lists #rust audio programming resources?
Is there even such a thing?
..all I've come across is sites that have been stale for 2-3+ years..

Dear #linuxaudio users. Two vendors told me just recently that they would consider supporting #linux if there was reasonable demand are:
https://imaginando.pt/
https://treedsp.com/
In case you want to let them know that there actually is any demand for their #plugin (s) on Linux.
Can someone recommend a good affordable #microphone that is directional and does not pick up to much of ambient noise for podcast type voice recordings? I own a Rhode NT-1 and an Aston Origin and while they sound great they are very sensitive. #linuxaudio
Which option do you gravitate towards in the #studio?
I ask because some of my friends and I regularly #rewire our spaces, take things apart, service them, clean them, reorganize #sample libraries, #plugin collections, etc. And we really enjoy this part of the #studiolife as well.
Hey @amadeus and any other #LinuxAudio types: has anyone requested native support for TDR plugins on #Linux? :)

A systemowych patchbay'ów zawsze byłem fanem. :D
* które, nota bene, radzi sobie z obsługą pro audio "z pudełka" lepiej niż windowsy
** choć jeśli ktoś używa egzotycznej konfiguracji sprzętowej, to i na windowsach musiał się nadłubać. ;)
Just released #rtcqs v0.6.6 with a fix for the SMT check.
@waldorfmusic
Have any of you #linuxaudio #linuxmusician (s) ever been to the #lac #linuxaudioconference?
In case you are interested in a #discount on some great #plugin (s) by a friend of mine, Oskar from Sinuslabs has just announced a Spring Sale for KO and REACH, an outstanding harmonics processor and an excellent reverb: https://www.sinuslabs.io/

Y'all, these free clones of classic plugins are fantastic. There's a Phoenix, an Inflator, an L2 and more, all in JSFX format. I had to do a little write-up about 'em.

Circa, a new #looper #plugin for iOS, #linuxaudio, macOS and Windows has just dropped by makers Audio Damage!

My Jack server won’t start on Zorin OS, which make me unable to test Studio One.
Feels kind of strange, since Bitwig is running flawless using PipeWire, but Studio One (still in Beta) only uses Jack, and I have zero to no idea of how to fix this.
Seems there is some searching around to do, to find out why jack isn’t running.
Sooo, apparently Vlad G of TDR fame has made some clones of popular plugins (such as Crane Song Phoenix and McDSP Analog Channel) in JSFX format! What a time to be alive.

I am using #gnome48 with #wayland on #manjaro #linux (kernel 6.14) and have the problem that in #bitwigstudio (#flatpak) to rename a Cue Marker, it takes two clicks on the respective Cue Marker to accept keyboard input for renaming.
Bitwig support says this does not happen on their officially supported platform, Ubuntu. What could possibly be causing this?

If you're looking to equalize system audio with Pipewire, Easy Effects is pretty amazing for what it is.
You can save and import your presents. Switch them up, etc..
It kinda reminds me of my Winamp days, but you can set it up in many different ways, there are many effects to customize and have as many channels as you want.
I feel the UI is a little clunky, but it works well on my glorified netbook.. Acer - Swift 3
