HelldayJ'en suis au dernier tiers de ce beau morceau, c'est absolument vertigineux. On apprend que toutes les grandes marques (a fortiori quand elles indiquent pas la provenance des tomates) utilisent du concentré chinois pour faire leurs sauces, ketchup etc. Mais évidemment, ça colle "Fabriqué en France" ou "Produit d'Italie" sur le packaging (ça fait longtemps que je sais que "Fabriqué en..." ne veut pas dire que l'aliment a été cultivé à cet endroit, seulement qu'il y a été conditionné, mais j'imaginais pas que quand y a pas d'indication de la provenance de la tomate, faut partir du principe qu'elle est chinoise). On apprend (enfin, en tant que française métropolitaine un peu naïve, j'apprends) que l'Afrique est vraiment la poubelle du reste du monde, c'est scandaleux. Les traders ont aucun scrupule à guetter la baisse de prix de barils de concentré périmé pour le reconditionner (ajouter du colorant, par exemple) et le vendre en Afrique. L'Italie est spécialisée dans l'import de concentré chinois qu'elle retravaille, hop, made in Italy et ça part dans le reste du monde. HelldayJ'ai commencé à lire Le cauchemar pavillonnaire, de Debry, et c'est vraiment déplaisant à lire. On dirait du Lordon en un peu plus digeste. Même volonté d'être à la fois très insultant et très spirituel dans la façon de le dire.
