Pierre MonchalJe voudrais échanger avec des Suisses sur la démocratie participative Suisse. Par ex les initiatives populaires fédérales ne peuvent porter que sur la constitution si j'ai bien compris , ce qui me semble conduire à mettre ds la constitution des choses qui seraient - du point de vue français - plutôt des lois ( obligation d étourdir avant abattage, interdiction des minarets...) Sarah Persil24/X Il est 20h et nous votons le retour d'un dispositif remarquable, Espaces Nouveaux Villages Innovants, ENVI!Pour les personnes hors de la région qui ne connaissent donc pas ce dispositif, il s'agit d'un soutien à la dynamique citoyenne en ruralité. Seules les petites communes, qui veulent réfléchir à des projets locaux. Genre comment mettre en place un aménagement urbain (fontaine, city stade) avec les asso, les écoles? Cela permet d'associer les citoyen.ne.s à la décision, d'habiter les villages.Règlement super apprécié mais suspendu pour coupe budgétaire, on y revient!!
