Day 26 : A film you wish you'd seen in the cinema

The Matrix is one of my favorite movies. I really enjoyed this explanation of the story, and now I'm inspired to rewatch the trilogy in this light:

Since first watching THE MATRIX many, many years ago (I know, it's not *that* many, but it kinda feels like), I’ve been fascinated with the floating matrix design. I had it on nearly all my computers since as a screensaver (for the 2 minutes before the screen goes into energy saving mode). Then I forgot about it. But in the last week, I spent some minutes looking for the floating matrix screensaver, found it, installed it on my Raspberry Pi, then on my MacBook. Nostalgic bliss! #thematrix

Re-watched #TheLegoMovie with my 10 y/o son who absolutely loved it. I had forgotten (or hadn’t noticed) how much it follows #TheMatrix in its style and action sequences, plus of course lots of other films. Great stuff (though he said the very end was ‘cringe’!).

Did The Matrix Online stop us from seeing a major character in The Matrix: Resurrections? Probably not, but it's fun to consider anyway.
