A column of beautifully sculpted putti on the Renfrew Street facade of Glasgow's Pavilion Theatre. Designed in a French Baroque style by Bertie Crewe, it was built in 1902. The facade isn't made from stone, but rather from terracotta, giving it an unusual colour and appearance.

My 3d-printed pottery mould test was an educational failure. I'm seeing excellent detail transfer onto the surface of the clay, but I needed to let it dry for longer before taking it out of the mould.

I also need to use more force to consolidate the clay together in the mould, as there were some gaps where the snakes didn't quite join up.

I've made another one with a much thicker wall. It's drying in the sun now.
