I always want green tea this time of year but the fresh stuff (i.e., tea picked right about now through early April) doesn’t make it over to me until late spring. So I saved some of last years to drink during this time.

Sorry for not responding! “Where do you get your tea?” short circuits my brain. It’s a complex ongoing adventure. I’ve bought tea from several dozen online sellers, half as many little shops in various cities. Beyond that are teas acquired by trade & gift from other tea heads. Jtea? They’re great! When cold air dries your nose the perfect tea is Liu An. It also called “basket tea” as the compressed cakes are stored in bamboo baskets.
