@sgharms Unrelated, damn, it would be good to see you. Been a spell, you and most of my Ruby peeps. I stopped making the conference rounds after Marisa and I bought this house in 2015; leaving home alone just wasn't much fun anymore.

Still, I miss my #rubyfriends. Some of y'all have long meant a lot to me, even at a distance.

For anyone following along at home, to be clear:

- Some serious things are out of joint in my life right now
- Despite this, I'm ok
- Buying this bike and pedaling my ass off is part of the therapy
- I'm grateful to have plenty of support
- Wishing I lived closer to and maintained closer contact with my numerous #rubyfriends.
- Sharing/venting on social (granted, non-specifically), when things have gotten really rough, has helped me get through the worst of times before so. And, so, here I am.
