Franklin Weng去年有機會幫數發部講了不少場 <a href="https://social.slat.org/tags/%E5%85%AC%E5%85%B1%E7%A8%8B%E5%BC%8F" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#公共程式</a> <a href="https://social.slat.org/tags/PMPC" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#PMPC</a> 的概念，還有今年也有一點機會錄了課程跟公務同仁談相關的概念，裡面有一個滿重要的點，所謂「開放原始碼軟體」並不是把軟體程式碼公開放在 github 上就好了，它的授權條款必須採用「開放原始碼促進會」（Open Source Initiative，OSI）認可的授權條款才會被認定是 Open Source Software。去年在幾個數發部專案的驗收審查會議上擔任評審，也不只一次提醒過這件事情。然而，把別人的成果拿過來，把他們的授權條款拿掉，再自己加入某某組織某某個人禁止使用，這根本就是 <a href="https://social.slat.org/tags/%E6%B2%92%E6%9C%89%E4%B8%8B%E9%99%90" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#沒有下限</a> 了。<a href="https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1JjgjP4k4z/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank">https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1JjgjP4k4z/</a>
