Texture Painting session 4. This week is time to grow up plants virtually and in the real world. Texture masking for the terrain, to add some grass, and planar textures for the 3d plants.

Meanwhile in real life, plants will grow slower in the patch, but it is now setup: Aubergines, #carrot and #peppers, leeks, celeries, onion, tomatos, melon, "french?" beans, courgettes, spinachs... Watch out what will grow up and what wont.

Did you see anytime different patch number when you run uname -a or freebsd-version?

It is not wrong because not all patches are applied to kernel or to userland. uname shows kernel patch.

check results of commands below:
$ freebsd-version -r (for kernel patch number)

$ freebsd-version -u (for userland patch number)

Honestly little bit confusing, but maybe because I do not understand details.

In January, there was a lot of attention on FortiOS vulnerabilities CVE-2024-55591 CVE-2025-24472.
By then, it was clear that if you had not patched quickly enough, you were at great risk, if your management interface hung on the internet. It has since become even clearer that systems that were not patched until after 27 January 2025 (even if they are now up to date) are at high risk of being misused for ransomware attacks.
