Several of the engineers I worked with all week are from this power plant. I drove by it on the highway every day going to and from the Training Center. I'm doing my part to make the nation's power grid more secure and reliable by teaching new skills to the engineers who keep it operational.
Anyone know how to get Comcast Business to assign a reverse DNS (PTR) entry to one of your organization's static IP addresses? I've now spent an hour or more on the phone with support and they still haven't done it (despite escalating it up to "advanced support" - then summarily closing the ticket). In the distant past, I remember making this request via email, but I can't find any way to do that now (since I'm again forced to deal with #Comcast).
Addendum: after opening a new ticket and pleading with the phone support rep, they escalated it and it got done. Still wish I could just email (I couldn't even see a way to open a new support request online).
