Zelda 🎀<p>Watched <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/SharkTAle" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>SharkTAle</span></a>. The most 5/10 movie I've ever seen. Not as bad as I expected, but bad. </p><p>Kind of has just enough...something to it. Megan<p>It’s been a busy week, but it’s finally <a href="https://pagan.plus/tags/LetterboxdFriday" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>LetterboxdFriday</span></a> !</p><p>This week: </p><p>Shin Godzilla on the big screen. It’s interesting to see a Godzilla movie focus on the political and bureaucratic response, but for the most part, it works.</p><p>The Fate of Lee Khan. Felt a lot like Dragon Inn, but I loved the six women martial artists and a couple of dudes handle many corrupt imperial officials.</p><p>Sabotage. Hitchcock doesn’t pull his punches, even in 1936! The marriage at its core seems to never have been great, which lessens some of the impact, but the countdown to the bombs going off makes up for it.</p><p>A Fistful of Dollars. Clint Eastwood feels like the spot marked “lanky” and “laconic” was made just for him. The surrounding cast of two opposing violent factions in a small town are great, encircling him with emotion while he stays impassive.</p><p><a href="https://pagan.plus/tags/movies" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>movies</span></a></p>
