Tonight’s drink adventure: Used the Shaker and Spoon Mission to Margs kit to make Playa Paraiso margaritas - with tequila, and with CleanCo Clean T non alcoholic tequila. Overall review: this kit makes fantastic drinks. Everyone enjoyed the flavor. Secondary review, everyone preferred the drinks with real tequila. Still, if you aren’t drinking any alcohol, I could do the NA stuff. It doesn’t taste like the real thing, but it’s more fun than going without. #cocktails #mocktails #ShakerAndSpoon

My tolerance for alcohol has declined steeply in the last couple of years. I have been feeling kind of down about this because I enjoy cocktails quite a lot and I find most non-alcoholic cocktails unsatisfying. Nevertheless, I have recently decided to start addressing this by upping my N/A cocktail game to the next level. @LilPecan let me know if you have any advice / recipes. I’m guessing this will involve making a bunch of my own syrups, bitters, etc. #cocktails #mocktails

@cluaran I've been experimenting with #Mocktails for a while now. One of my summer favorites is what I call, "The Nojito" -- especially when I have fresh mint in the garden. I use sweetened lime juice, carbonated water, fresh mint, and lime wedges. I've found that Sprite soda is a good substitute for the lime juice, but it's a little too sweet for me. Another summer favorite is iced Jasmine Green Tea (not a mocktail, but wicked refreshing). 🍹 🍵
