GonzoToday was the first time I managed to get some good shots of the northern lapwing. Catherine BabaultYesterday, I saw a herd of about 30 Roosevelt elk. One bull was defending it from 3 other mature bulls. There was some chasing and posturing but no fighting. I spent close to 3 hours observing them from a respectful distance. I have over 300 photos and videos to go through.
