#talkcollapse: many comrades have suggested I read Octavia Butler's "Parable of the Sower", telling me that it resonates with much of what I've been talking about.
And OMG: in the early 1990s, she *perfectly* describes the #Verdrängungsgesellschaft, she even predicts Trump.
It's an absolute must read for anyone in the #justcollapse community, but I suspect you've all already read it. I know, tardy to the party...
Anyway: the degree to which she understands the psychology of a society in simultaneous collapse and denial is mindboggling...
