Summary:

It's a high fantasy setting, with tons and tons of magic, a protagonist who is rather on the self-conscious and pathetic side and a slowburn queer romance coming later down the line. I hope at least some of you enjoy, and I can't wait to explore this website! Also, introductions feel so terribly awkward ^^'.

Gestern fiel mir ein, dass die fiktive Sekte in meinem High-Fantasy-Roman noch gar keinen eigenen Namen hat. Ich nenne sie nun die "Gemeinschaft der flammenden Herzen" und warum das so ist, wird auch im Laufe der Handlung erklärt.
Beim Googeln habe ich dann herausgefunden, dass es auch ganz real das Gebäck "flammende Herzen" gibt. 
Ich nenne die Sekte nun aber weiterhin so.

Gestern festgestellt, es fällt mir echt nicht mehr leicht High Fantasy zu schreiben. Hab ich zuletzt 2020 gemacht und mir rutschen ständig in den Dialogen oder im Fließtext Worte rein, die viel zu modern sind und nicht in das Mittelalter-Fantasy Setting passen wollen. 
Das zeigt mir mal wieder: Jedes Buchprojekt bringt seine eigenen Herausforderungen mit sich.
Ich hab auch recht wenig #HighFantasy in den letzten Jahren gelesen, das kommt noch dazu.

Good idea. Just curious, have you checked out apps like GIMP and Krita? You may want to try following @davidrevoy , he is a professional who uses Krita for his digital artwork, and publishes a lot of his art in the public domain.
