Ula Kapala<p>It's probably a first world problem, but I absolutely hate looking for instructions on how to do something and only finding ones on videos rather than a written version. The reasons:<br>1. I have to stop listening to music<br>2. I have to rewatch it several times to understand the instruction, my brain doesn't do auditory data input much<br>3. It ends up taking much more time than it would have if I was to read one or two sentences, because the video often has an intro, "please like my video", "click to subscribe" and whatnot, and these take twice more time than explaining how to do that one thing I'm looking for. It's infuriating and will definitely not make me like the video and subscribe.<br>4. I got used to 120Hz+ displays, and now 60Hz feels off. It's not visibly bad at all, but scrolling and mouse movement feel less like a physical motion, and more like pixels shifting on the screen. Hard to describe.

Which is annoying, because there are some nice 5K and 6K displays, but 60Hz. It wouldn't have bothered me at all if I didn't use 120Hz first!
Don't get high-refresh displays! ;)

@LoganFive We moved for my wife's sanity (she hated her job). We used to live 15 minutes from our boat and a pretty active sailing community. Technically I can still sail, I just have to drive a few hours to do it as there are no bodies of water nearby now that can handle anything bigger than a canoe. No more jumping in the car and heading over to the boat for a Friday night race. #firstworldproblems
