I don’t begrudge any dude for getting into self improvement. Working on making yourself better is amazing and empowering. But the current brand of male self improvement is bad news

Can my fellow men please find more balance between the supplements and gym time with picking up a history book and working on mental health?

Good morning tooters. It’s around 10-11c this morning but will end up at a lovely sunny & clear 24c. We need some rain, I will need water the garden again today.
I slept in again today, I’m very glad the daylight savings finishes this weekend. Hope everyone is well this #Friday morning. I seem to still have hay-fever after being in the garden for a while again yesterday. I was sneezing as I went to bed last night & the first thing I did when I woke was to sneeze. I feel fine, it’s just my eyes & nose. Annoying more than anything 🤧 🤧 😁. I need to get a new attachment for my hose as it has sprung a leak right up near the nozzle end. I also need to unwind the whole hose as there’s a dribble down than end as well. A job for this afternoon. I will also be buying pjs for my other 2 grandkids now that I have the sizes. Even the 13yr old is happy for me to choose pjs for her. First up today though is a Les Mills Thrive class, get my lungs working, then I’m off out for a hour or so.

Good morning tooters. It was a very cool morning of about 6c when I got up, it’s now about 10c & it’s heading to a pleasant 26c. The sky is clear & a very pale blue with not a breath of wind outside.
I’m going for a swim this afternoon & looking at the week ahead it might be too cool for even an afternoon swim. I’ll have to see. I could go to the heated Albury outdoor pool - maybe 🤔 . I have to nip down to the shops again this morning, I forgot to get eye drops & a couple of other minor things. Then home to do a little garden work, start dismantling a raised garden bed that has deteriorated a lot.
