I need some #DnD inspiration.

The PCs will soon make their first foray into "The #Dungeon ", the subterranean vaults beneath the city of Ptolus. These are a magnet for adventures - and many never emerge from them again.

So I'd like to have a few ideas for scenes and encounters where it is clear that adventurers died a horrible death at this spot - just to drive home how dangerous this place is, and to set the mood.
