What is Doppler ultrasound of the arteries?
Doppler ultrasound (Doppler ultrasound) allows you to examine the arteries.
The patient lies on his back.
The doctor moves an ultrasonic probe along the patient's skin, directed to the arteries, and thus measures the speed of the blood.
This examination allows you to measure the diameter of the arteries and examine the condition of their inner wall.

I’m moving my #Music collection out of a legacy #iTunes setup, not bothering with #Apple's Music.app, and instead going to #Doppler, which has a really nifty WiFi direct sync to the iPhone version, which means I can remove Apple's music.app from my #iPhone entirely.

One album at a time, creating my own directory structure for storage, which Doppler sees as a watched folder. It's mediative to be doing it all by hand, with intentionality, rather than just some bulk export / import process.

Massive bonus - there’s a nice Mac app, which feels a lot less brittle and janky than Apple’s, AND it can direct WiFi sync with its iOS version, AND its library can be a watched hotfolder in Finder, so you can add music by just adding a folder.
