Il y a quelques temps, j'évoquais IKEX et l'atelier de son designer fraîchement installé en plein cœur du centre de Blois.
Jeudi dernier, lors d'un passage à la Bibliothéque, je suis tombé sur une singulière exposition. Celle de l'Agence No-Futur - Tout doit disparaitre. Une agence immobilière particuliére, dystopique et saisissante, qui se propose de vendre et acheter des biens existants ravagés par le chaos et la désolation.
Ce travail, d'agence immobiliére fictive, de Dominique Hermier est fascinant, empreint d'humour, d'ironie et de messages forts.
P.S: J'ai souri en voyant l'Exode Urbain happé par les flammes, comme clin d'oeil personnel.

Child of the mid-late 90s 3DFPS-www-newsgroups-icq-linux frenzy, experienced the rise of web 2.0 when it felt like the fediverse feels now. This feeling is part of the reason why I'm here - call it midlife crisis 2.0.
Got a PhD in #InterfaceCulture , work as director of a MA in Sound Design, do #DesignResearch and also do freelance #SoundDesign and #interactiondesign . I also work im #MusicEducation with a focus on #digitality .

My name is Scott and I live in Sydney (on Wangal Country in the Inner West). My pronouns are he / him.
I was born and raised in Canada (Alberta, even), and have lived in some great places around the world (Montreal, NYC, Vermont, rural Kenya). Being a Canadian man of a certain age, yes, I play hockey. Even in Australia.
I've been very (not extremely) online since the 90s. First it was rec.music.phish, then fark.com, then the Big Tech Socials.
I strive to behave with compassion and to be more kind than nice. But I also shitpost from time to time because internet.
I'm interested in lots of things and barely maintain a blurred boundary between personal and professional.
