Tthe background is filled with countless stars, some shining with crisp, icy-blue light and long, pointed flares. In erster Linie enthält der CSA Befugnisregelungen für die #ENISA und legt die rechtliche Grundlage zur Einführung der EU Cybersecurity Certification Schemes als einheitliche EU-weite Zertifizierungsmuster für produktübergreifende Schlüsseltechnologien.

Die Ergebnisse zeigen, dass motivationale (wollen), informationsökonomische (wissen) und ressourcenbedingte Faktoren (können) eine Umstellung auf Solidarische Landwirtschaft hemmen können. Diese Barrieren lassen sich jedoch durch gezielte Maßnahmen von sog. Systemdienstleistern (SDL) überwinden. Systemdienstleister (wie z.B. das Netzwerk Solidarische Landwirtschaft) agieren auf einer Handlungsebene außerhalb der eigentlichen Wertschöpfung und setzen ihre Kompetenzen ein, um die Gründung und Verbreitung von Solawis zu unterstützen.
Eine Grundannahme der Diffusionsforschung besteht darin, dass individuelle Entscheidungsprozesse sozial eingebettet, folglich nicht unabhängig von den beobachtbaren Entscheidungen anderer Akteure sind. Vor diesem Hintergrund bietet es sich an, Prozessen des Lernens, des Erfahrungsaustausches und der Inspiration zu gestalten. Die dazu nötige soziale Interaktion zu initiieren und zu gestalten, liegt unter anderem im Funktionsbereich von Systemdienstleistern.
Eine solche ‚Umwegstrategie', die darauf basiert, dass Systemdienstleister nicht selbst etwa Bildungsarbeit leisten, sondern lediglich soziale Interaktionen organisieren, erweist sich als besonders wirkungsvoll.

Had my first longer bicycle tour this year around #Gelbachtal valley and the surrounding heights; between #Montabaur and river #Lahn. Overall 3 % ascent.

I saw vineyard commoning #CSA (Bürgerweinberg) and an unusually young village (only 326 years old). Met a nice biker from Koblenz on her round trip. Encountered only few cars in the valley. 🤩️

But I also saw many ramshackled buildings, especially barns and neglected villages in general which made me muse over. 🤔️ #Radtour
