很久以前做了我自己一个人穿束腰过程的视频，在这里也发一下，希望能帮助苦恼没人帮忙也没地方固定拉着但需要在背后收束腰的人～
在穿之前最好把自带的绳子换掉，太脆弱我已经拉断好多次了，我自己现在是换成伞绳在用的，一来强度高，二来比较粗增加摩擦力导致打结前不会散。把绑带放到最松穿上，把前面的扣子扣上。中间的绳子抽出来一点，两手抓紧绳子（每边两根），双肘靠拢前臂向两侧在身后把绳子侧向拉紧到50%左右。把上半中间的绳子抽出来，动作如上不过只抽靠上的那根（每边）并拉到最紧，对下半部分重复。保持吸气等让绑带不会撑开的同时抽中间的四根绳子把上下多出来的全都收紧，将两侧的绳子交叉，和第三步基本类似，不过只抓紧上或下的一组，另外一组止退就够了。最后在背后和系鞋带一样打个结就好啦～
